TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Regulation is an integral part of the Reservation; for everything not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to current regulations, good taste, and common sense of each individual in the interest of all.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
The Management and Staff of the Holiday Home "Il Posto" (hereinafter referred to as the Holiday Home or facility) extend their gratitude for your interest. In warmly welcoming you, we would like to make you aware of the house rules. We kindly ask you to carefully read the regulations and behavioral norms that every guest must adhere to in order not to disturb or harm others and the environment.
The facility is, above all, the residence of many guests who have chosen to stay here; therefore, we ask you to respect it and treat it as you would your own home and that of relatives and friends. For the sake of harmonious coexistence, we request that you observe not only the rules dictated by law but also those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
Your cooperation will be crucial for everyone to have a pleasant stay, for our facility and the staff working here, and for the surrounding environment. Failure to comply with one or more points of this regulation and the rules contained therein may lead to the termination of the contract with the corresponding economic and legal consequences.
The management of the Holiday Home reserves the right to modify this regulation for reasons of appropriateness and service operation by publishing the changes on the website of the Holiday Home www.ilposto.net.
OUR STAFF IS AT YOUR COMPLETE DISPOSAL FOR ANY NEED, TO ENSURE THAT EACH STAY IS AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE.
HOW WE HAVE ADAPTED OUR FACILITY TO ANTI-COVID DIRECTIVES*

  • We guarantee cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas according to national guidelines and WHO recommendations.
  • Cleaning is carried out daily, but only when the guest is not in the room.
  • Our staff wears masks and undergoes periodic control swabs.
  • We ensure proper air conditioning of the premises.
  • Sanitization of environments with ozone. *The above-mentioned activities are carried out only in a declared national health emergency.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND ADVICE: YOUR SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT TO US

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or with alcohol-based gel.
  • Maintain a distance of at least one meter from the staff and other guests in all common areas or wear a mask.
  • Open windows to ventilate the room before leaving.
  • Do not leave your room if you suspect you have symptoms related to Covid-19 and immediately notify the Manager by phone.
  • Avoid gatherings in common areas.
  • Please keep the keys to your room for the entire duration of your stay.
  • Cover your mouth and hands with a tissue in case of coughing or sneezing.
  • If you have a fever or flu-like symptoms, inform the staff immediately.
  • In common areas, do not bring towels and linens from your room; instead, use your own.

GENERAL INFORMATION

a. The regulations of the accommodation facility IL POSTO are established to ensure a uniform, organized, serene, and peaceful use for everyone. It has a contractual nature between the company Fydha'el srls (hereinafter referred to as the Company), owner of the IL POSTO brand, and the Guest. Therefore, the request to stay at the Holiday Home and its approval by the Company imply the total acceptance of these regulations. 
b. All guests are required to adhere to the Internal Regulations of the Accommodation Facility as listed on the website www.ilposto.net
c. Non-compliance with the regulations and additional provisions by the Management may result in the expulsion of the transgressor from the facility, with the incident reported to all national and international tourist organizations. In case of serious violations, public authorities may also be notified. Specific instructions on property or related to the Holiday Home must also be respected. 
d. Parents (or legal guardians) are jointly responsible for the actions of their minor children inside the Holiday Home. They are required to supervise them, ensuring they maintain polite and respectful behavior under their direct responsibility. This includes adhering to noise regulations and the proper use of spaces and facilities provided by the facility. Any activity causing disturbance to other guests is strictly prohibited. In general, all rules of this contract must be respected. 
e. The conduct of both adults and minors is contractually relevant. Any violation of these regulations, common rules of civil coexistence, and the smooth operation of the Holiday Home will lead, at the discretion of the Management, to the immediate termination of the contract and the guest's expulsion within 5 (five) hours of the incident. In such cases, the Management is authorized to retain the amounts already paid and demand any outstanding amounts, including compensation for damages. 
f. The Management, as per the laws of the Italian Republic, reserves the right to expel anyone not adhering to the regulations or behaving in a way that creates damage or disturbance. 
g. The staff designated by the Management is responsible for enforcing the regulations. Each guest, upon accepting hospitality at the Holiday Home, contractually agrees to submit to the authority of this staff, which, in turn, is obligated to always respect the laws of the Italian Republic and the commonly accepted principles of courtesy and good manners. All guests have the right to respectful and dignified treatment, and as a responsible hosting facility, we are obligated to protect guests from inappropriate behavior. If a guest's actions are deemed inappropriate by a staff member or if inappropriate behavior is reported, the Holiday Home reserves the right to take action after verifying the situation. Depending on the severity of guest actions, the holiday home may, at its discretion, involve law enforcement or remove guests from the premises. 
h. The Management reserves the right to modify this Regulation at any time, which will be available on the website www.ilposto.net.

PERSONAL DATA

a. In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 no. 196, all personal data of our clients will be processed both electronically and manually to fulfill tax obligations (issuing invoices, recording data, etc.) and provide the requested service. b. Upon arrival, customers will be asked for identification for communication to the competent police authorities. c. Completing the appropriate form and/or providing data for the newsletter allows us to keep our database updated and inform clients about promotions in real-time.

1.     RESERVATION

For information, you can contact the Holiday Home Management by phone, email, or in person. Reservations can be made directly through our website, by sending a written request to the email address reservation@ilposto.net, or by calling +39 3501309919. In the reservation request, the following must be indicated:

  • the number of rooms/apartments requested;
  • the name, surname;
  • the arrival and departure dates;
  • the number of guests, the age of any children (to provide custom quotes for different needs);
  • the presence of any pets;
  • contact phone number and email for communications.

Please also indicate the estimated time of your arrival. Your reservation will be confirmed after the payment of the deposit, which can be made by credit card or, in some cases, bank transfer. If the standard rate is chosen, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay amount is charged/requested. The reservation is also valid with a bank transfer (previously agreed with the Management), provided it specifies the period and duration of the stay, address, phone number, sender's name, and assigned accommodation.

The stay period is considered within the agreed-upon dates. Therefore, please specify the arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) dates. Only after receiving the reservation request with a credit card or valid credit card details, the confirmation of the reservation will be communicated. The rates are daily (per night) regardless of the check-in time. The arrangement agreed upon at the time of booking remains valid for the entire duration of the stay:

  • Room/Apartment with breakfast: The overnight stay includes the room and/or apartment and breakfast. The facility's treatment does not include meals, except for breakfast (served in designated areas), and neither do beverages and all consumables at the bar. Guests are not allowed to take food or drinks out of the breakfast area.
  • Apartment without breakfast: The overnight stay includes only the apartment. The facility's treatment does not include meals.
  • Extra services (the amount of the following services must be paid on the same day once concluded).

The stay price does NOT include: any extra cleaning, beverages, and consumables at the bar, damages to people or property, and anything not expressly indicated in the offer.

For Children 0 – 2 YEARS: IL POSTO, if expressly requested in the reservation, provides cribs and/or high chairs for small guests.

The tourist tax has an additional cost of €2.00 (two/00) per person (over 12 years) per night. For long stays, the maximum amount will be equal to 7 nights.

2.     CHANGES TO RESERVATION, CANCELLATIONS

In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the accommodations during the booked period due to transportation difficulties, errors, or other personal reasons, there is generally no refund for early departures or delays in arrival. We kindly ask our customers to understand that the reserved period will be charged in full even in the case of early departure. The full amount for the remaining nights must be paid regardless.

Customers departing early are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation under articles 1385-1386 of the Civil Code. In the case of cancellation by the customer before arrival and up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is refunded 100%, except during the High and Peak seasons (from 15/06 to 15/09), where no refund will be given. For cancellations beyond the 15-day period or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. If the non-refundable rate is chosen, the full amount of the stay is charged/requested regardless of the reservation period. Only in the case of a COVID-19-related cancellation will a voucher of equal value be issued for later use. For all other cases, the amount is non-refundable.

3.     CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19

For both Standard and Non-Refundable reservations that may be canceled due to COVID, a voucher equal to the amount paid for the stay will be issued, valid for one year.

4.     BALANCE OF STAY

The balance of the stay is due upon arrival, and any guarantee provided by credit card does not exempt the customer from payment.

  • INVOICE: If you require an invoice, please notify us promptly upon arrival, providing the necessary details. Otherwise, a simple receipt will be issued, and subsequent cancellation will not be possible.
  • ROOM BALANCE: The room balance must be paid upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash or with a debit/credit card. Please note that Traveler's Checks and personal or cashier's checks are not accepted.
  • BALANCE AT DEPARTURE: In the case of an agreement for payment at departure, the amount owed (consumed or used during the stay) must be paid the night before checking out.
  • EXTRA CONSUMPTIONS: Any extra services not yet recorded by the Holiday Home staff must be communicated at the time of settlement.
  • UNDECLARED GUESTS: Any individuals staying in the same room but not declared at the time of booking or arrival will be charged to the reservation holder at a rate 40% higher than the daily price, with the option for the management to report unauthorized individuals to the authorities.
  • KEY LOSS CHARGE: The breakage or loss of the key will be charged at a minimum amount of €50.00 (fifty/00) for each duplicate key. The breakage or loss of the keychain will be charged at a minimum amount of €20.00 (twenty/00).
  • DAMAGE CHARGE: Guests are responsible for and will be required to compensate for damages caused by them or by individuals or animals under their responsibility. FOR LINENS AND/OR ITEMS MISSING FROM THE ACCOMMODATION, WE WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE THEM TO THE ACCOUNT.

5.     ARRIVAL (Check-In)

ROOM DELIVERY: For those who independently book through the website www.ilposto.net, early check-in is possible from 2:00 PM. For all other booking scenarios, room delivery is NOT available before 3:00 PM and is guaranteed until 6:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed. Therefore, please agree on the expected arrival time at the time of booking.
ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Any arrivals after this time must be reported to the Management at the time of booking and agreed upon for acceptance. If, due to force majeure, it is not possible to arrive within the specified times, it is essential to inform the Holiday Home. If the availability of the room is requested at times earlier than the established times, the previous night will be considered the first overnight stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are only possible if requested and confirmed by the Holiday Home with a small supplement.
UPON ARRIVAL, GUESTS MUST HAVE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING MINORS.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINORS: Minimum age to rent a room: 18 years. Unaccompanied minors will be accepted only if they have a release form signed by parents (or legal guardians), with their contact information and a copy of their identification.
PUBLIC SAFETY REGISTRATION: Upon arrival, clients, including minors, must hand over their documents to the reception and fill out the form for public safety. This document will be registered for public safety purposes. Non-compliance with this obligation constitutes a violation of the Penal Code by us towards the Public Safety Authorities. In case of non-compliance, we are obliged to report the omission to the competent authorities.
LEGAL FORMALITIES TO BE FULFILLED UPON ARRIVAL: For national regulations, the guest must provide a suitable document to prove their identity, such as an ID card or passport for all occupants. Otherwise, the operator must refuse accommodation (Art.109 Public Safety laws as amended by Art.7 point 2 of Law 203/95). The manager will also present each arriving client with a personal data declaration form that must be completed and signed (Public Safety Law as amended: by Art.7 no.4 of Law 203/95).
GUEST REPORTING: Any guests of staying clients, even if temporary, must be agreed upon and reported to the reception and must present identification. Their presence inside the facility must be authorized by the management.
DATA PROCESSING: The data of our guests are processed in accordance with current privacy regulations.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING: Under no circumstances is accommodation allowed for more people than specified in the reservation unless agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the accommodation if this condition is not observed. Guests cannot receive visits from relatives, friends, etc. unless previously agreed upon with the Management.
KEY DELIVERY: Keys will be handed over at the reception from the indicated check-in time (from 3:00 PM). Keys will be delivered upon arrival after completing public safety registration, internal regulations delivery, and settling the account.
ROOM DELIVERY: If the room is ready before the check-in time, it will be assigned immediately; otherwise, you can leave your luggage at the reception of the Holiday Home and access common areas.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT: The choice of accommodation will respect the agreements made between the management and the client at the time of booking.
WELCOME POINT: The welcome point upon arrival is at the entrance of the main house.
PEOPLE OCCUPYING THE ROOM: Each accommodation can be occupied exclusively by the number of people indicated for that specific housing unit (as specified on the website www.ilposto.net). All names of occupants must be provided to the management.
PARKING: Parking is free and available in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday Home.
ROOM CHECK: Please report any damages or malfunctions immediately upon taking accommodation in your room. Any damages found later will be charged to you. Regarding accommodations with a kitchen, we request cleaning the used dishes before departure or paying a supplement of €50.00 if this is not done.
EXPULSION AND REMOVAL: The Management, as provided by the current laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel anyone without notice who does not comply with the regulations or behaves in a manner that causes damage or disturbance.

6.     DEPARTURE (Check-out)

ROOM RETURN: Rooms MUST be returned by 10:00 AM. Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will be considered an extension of the stay and charged accordingly. PENALTY FOR LATE DEPARTURE: After 10:00 AM, the customer will be charged the total cost of the room for an entire day. EARLY DEPARTURE: In the case of early departure compared to the reservation period, the customer must pay the agreed-upon amount at the time of booking in full. ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT: The account should ideally be settled the day before departure, unless different arrangements are made. Credit cards and debit cards (ATM) are accepted. INVOICE: If you require an invoice, please notify us promptly upon arrival, providing the necessary details. Otherwise, a simple receipt will be issued, and subsequent cancellation will not be possible. KEY RETURN: On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM, and keys must be handed over at the reception to the staff responsible for checking the items used (to avoid disputes, please report any breakages, etc.). DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL and OBJECT RETURN: Remember, upon departure, to ensure you have retrieved your documents and returned the keys or other items provided by the Holiday Home (adapters, hairdryers, fans, etc.). KEY LOSS CHARGE: Key breakage will be charged a minimum amount of €50.00 for duplication. Keychain loss will be charged a minimum amount of €30.00. DAMAGE CHARGE: Guests are responsible for and will be required to compensate for damages caused by them or by individuals or animals under their responsibility. 
IN CASE OF MISSING LINENS AND/OR ITEMS, WE WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE THEM TO THE ACCOUNT.
STAY AFTER CHECK-OUT: At the discretion of the management, customers may be granted total or partial use of the Holiday Home services even after 10:00 AM on the day of departure. In case of obtaining the mentioned concession, customers must comply with what is provided by this regulation and current rules until the time of departure. BAGGAGE STORAGE: On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in our custody.

7.     RELAXATION AREA

IL POSTO provides a relaxation area for our kind guests.

8.     ROOMS AND APARTMENTS

Please have the utmost respect for your accommodation:

  • For B&B Holiday Home and Apartment Holiday Home accommodations, room cleaning is carried out at the customer's check-out (unless otherwise requested, which constitutes an optional paid service).
  • For Apartment Holiday Home accommodations, towel changes take place every 5 (five) days.
  • To limit environmental impact due to frequent towel washing, we kindly ask you to place only the towels you wish to change inside the sink.
  • The towels provided in rooms and apartments cannot be used outside or in the relaxation area.
  • Bathroom water is not potable. Additionally, it is a precious resource: please do not waste it or use it improperly or for play.
  • Do not throw anything into the toilet or sinks other than toilet paper.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and apartments.
  • Please maintain respectful behavior toward other guests during nighttime hours.
  • Pets can only access certain rooms and apartments upon request to the owner.
  • All systems and infrastructure are regularly checked and maintained. Any defects or issues will be resolved as soon as possible after customer notification to the owner or staff. Where it is not possible to resolve the issue promptly due to reasons beyond our control (holiday, lack of immediate availability of spare parts, external service interruption, etc.), we ask for your understanding, and if the issue extends beyond a reasonable time, we will endeavor to find alternative accommodation for the necessary period.
  • Rooms and apartments cannot be occupied, even temporarily, by people other than those declared during check-in. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in advance with the owner for necessary legal compliance.
  • Perform waste sorting (paper, organic, glass and multi-material, undifferentiated) and throw all trash into the containers provided by the facility before leaving the apartments and rooms permanently.
  • At check-out, our staff will check the rooms and apartments to verify the presence of towels provided upon arrival.
  • At check-out, our staff will check the rooms and apartments to verify the cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • In case of early departure, the total balance will still be required.
  • Before check-in time and after check-out, we can provide luggage storage service.

9.     PETS

The facility accepts small and medium-sized pets upon request and confirmation. For hygienic reasons and possible allergies from other customers, animals are allowed only in certain rooms and specific areas. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and animals, please read the following rules of the Holiday Home:

  • The presence of the animal must be communicated during booking or check-in. Small and medium-sized cats and dogs are allowed.
  • The management reserves the right to accept the animal at its discretion and, in any case, if it does not comply with what was declared by the guest.
  • Animals must always be on a leash both inside the facility and in common areas.
  • The customer must be adequately equipped for the well-being of their animal.
  • Any use of bed and bath linen for the animal is prohibited.
  • It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal climb on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.
  • The behavior of the animal must be managed by the owner so as not to disturb other guests. An animal that causes a disturbance to any customer or other persons in the Holiday Home must, upon request, be calmed or removed.
  • It is strictly forbidden to leave animals alone in the rooms throughout the stay (day and night).
  • Animals can access areas reserved for breakfast.
  • Be aware of the presence of other animals.
  • Be in compliance with vaccinations required by national and regional laws and with mandatory marking (tag, tattoo, chip, etc.).
  • Pet owners accept full responsibility for damages that may result from them. All operations necessary to restore environmental hygiene in the rooms occupied by the animal are entirely the customer's responsibility. If traces (hair, feces, or other) are found on the beds or linen, the customer will be charged the value of the contaminated item.
  • The management reserves the right to terminate the Stay contract at any time and without notice for those who do not comply with the above instructions.

10.   Wi-Fi

All areas and rooms of the facility are covered by free Wi-Fi service. The code will be provided upon arrival, following the release of personal information and the signing of a privacy release form.

11.   OPERATING HOURS

Please adhere to the posted schedules to avail of services.

  • Room delivery takes place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM upon arrival.
  • Rooms must be returned by 10:00 AM upon departure.
  • Kindly communicate well in advance if you have any scheduling needs different from those indicated here.
  • Services: Please adhere to the posted schedules.
  • Rest and Silence: Between 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM - 7:30 AM, any noise that may disturb guests' rest, including loud voices, is prohibited. The use of radio and television is allowed with extreme moderation and absolute respect for quiet hours.
  • Exceptions include shows and events authorized by the management or activities carried out by the facility's entertainment.

Facility Service Hours: If not differently indicated on notices at the entrance of the breakfast area and at the reception:

  • Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM.

12.   ENVIRONMENT

During your stay, please safeguard the natural environment by using water and electricity rationally. Avoid leaving taps open or air conditioners and lights on when not needed or when leaving your rooms. Do not dispose of waste in common areas; use the designated containers provided by the Holiday Home. In case of doubt, ask the staff.
Water: Water is a precious resource for every community. It is strictly forbidden to use water for improper purposes. Use is allowed for essential purposes only (personal hygiene, irrigation, etc.). Guests should avoid any form of waste.

13.   ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

The facility operates on 220-volt alternating current; ensure that your appliances are suitable for this type of current. The electrical outlets are of Italian type. Bring adapters if your appliances have plugs with a different system. The innkeeper is not responsible for any damage to appliances due to force majeure (sudden blackouts, voltage fluctuations, etc.).

14.   BEHAVIOR, DAMAGES

Those causing damage to the building, furniture, equipment, etc., are legally responsible within the applicable regulations. Theft and intentional damage will be immediately reported. Upon departure, the facility's staff conducts a room check, and costs for the replacement of any damages or lost keys are charged and payable at check-out.
The management disclaims any responsibility for possible injuries to minors, who must be accompanied by their parents and/or guardians. Visits or private or business meetings are allowed in common areas of the Holiday Home, but it is not allowed to host unreported and undeclared persons in the rooms during registration. Respect posted schedules for services. Respect afternoon quiet hours and nighttime rest. Please use rooms, furniture, equipment, and inventory provided with respect. The customer commits to respecting the premises and the things contained therein; any damages caused voluntarily to the structures, but also attributable to incompetence or distraction, will be charged for the cost of restoration.

15.   SMOKING, FIRES, AND OPEN FLAMES

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the facility, especially in rooms. Smoking is not allowed in rooms. Smoking, burning, or lighting candles in rooms, corridors, and other areas is not allowed unless expressly authorized. In some periods of the year (especially in summer), lighting fires or using candles and open flames, even in outdoor areas, is strictly prohibited due to the serious risk of fire. It is mandatory to inquire and familiarize yourself with fire regulations, equipment, and behaviors to adopt in case of fire. The Holiday Home is not equipped with smoking rooms; therefore, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Grills and open flames are not allowed. Inquire and familiarize yourself with fire regulations, equipment, and behaviors to adopt in case of fire.

16.   BREAKFAST, HYGIENE, AND SAFETY

Breakfast is consumed in the specifically designated room. Guests of the Holiday Home are not allowed to take breakfast foods and drinks to places other than the designated service areas (in the room or outside the facility).

17.   MEDICAL, INFECTIOUS DISEASES

The telephone numbers for the medical guard and emergency intervention are listed in the useful numbers folder in the room and can be requested from the management. Any infectious diseases must be communicated to the management.

18.   CLEANING

Waste must be collected in the special collection bags located in rooms, bathroom rooms, and outdoor areas. Leaving waste or anything else in common areas is not allowed.

19.   VALUES

For your safety, please do not leave valuables and unattended objects. Please report and deliver to the management the finding or loss of things. Also, every time you leave the room, please lock the door to avoid any theft of valuables from the rooms. The management disclaims all responsibility for unattended property.

20.   LIABILITY

The management of the facility is not responsible for the loss of guests' objects and/or values (each guest is required to diligently safeguard their property), damages resulting from force majeure events, and the nature of the thing (weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches, or products falling within the nature of plants, gusts of wind, accidents at sea, damage or theft of cars in the parking area, and in the facility's area). For no reason will discounts be granted upon departure to cover any actual or presumed service disruptions that may occur due to the events described above. The Holiday Home does not have a secure area for luggage storage.

21.   VOUCHER

The Voucher is an electronic prepaid voucher that can be used to enjoy and/or pay for goods and services within the IL POSTO facility. It is not allowed to use the Voucher outside the facility. The Voucher always refers to a value, which can be discretely used for goods and services offered by the facility. The expiration/validity of the Voucher is stated on each Voucher and is usually valid for 12 months. The expiration/duration may be shorter in specific cases and/or on special occasions and/or for specific offers, and/or may have other restrictions if indicated on the Voucher itself. The Voucher will cease to be valid after the expiration date indicated on the Voucher. After that date, the Voucher will cease to function, and you will no longer be authorized to use it.

22.   IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF VOUCHER PURCHASE

Vouchers can only be purchased via the Internet and through the website www.ilposto.net. At the time of ordering the Voucher via the Internet, electronic identity checks may be carried out to verify your identity. If such checks are necessary, your personal information may be communicated to credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies. These agencies have the right to retain such information. By purchasing or using the Voucher, you expressly consent to the execution of these checks, as outlined in this document. We expressly reserve the right to refuse your order if it is not in line with these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, even in case of order acceptance, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and cancel the Voucher at any time if there are reasonable suspicions that you have committed or are about to commit fraud against us or a third party affiliated with us.

23.   VOUCHER USAGE TERMS

The Voucher can be used by the Voucher purchaser or can be given as a gift to another person. The Voucher can be used for the total or partial payment of products or services enjoyed at IL POSTO. In the case of partial payment, the Voucher user must pay the difference with an alternative method, such as cash (in accordance with current regulations on the circulation of cash), debit or credit card. The Voucher can be used by presenting it to the reception of IL POSTO in electronic format or with a printed copy. Some services require a reservation to be used. Please contact the facility to book such services.

24.   RESTRICTIONS ON VOUCHER USE

The Voucher can only be used for the payment of products and/or services provided within the facility. It is not possible to use or attempt to use such Vouchers outside the facility. The Voucher cannot be reloaded after purchase. The Voucher cannot be used to withdraw cash or make online purchases. Voucher usage may be limited without notice in the case of identified suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activities, or if we believe that these Terms and Conditions have not been respected, or in case of exceptional circumstances that prevent the normal functioning of the Voucher.

25.   VOUCHER EXPIRATION AND RIGHT TO REFUND

The Voucher will expire and automatically cease to be valid on the day after the expiration date indicated on the Voucher itself. The day after the expiration date, the Voucher will cease to function, and you will no longer have the right to use it. Any available balance on the Voucher at the expiration date will expire and can no longer be used. Likewise, expired Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed, and you will not be entitled to any refund and/or compensation.

26.   RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND PROCEDURE

The Voucher purchaser has the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchasing the Voucher. This right is extinguished if the Voucher has been partially or fully used. In case you wish to cancel the Voucher and withdraw from the contract, please send an email attaching the Voucher itself to the following address: info@ilposto.net. The refund will be made by returning the funds actually paid for the original Voucher purchase to the payment method used for the order balance. For example, if the Voucher was purchased with a credit card, the amount will be credited back to the same credit card.

27.   KEEPING VOUCHER DATA SECURE

It is your responsibility to keep the Vouchers safe. Therefore, you must take all reasonable measures to prevent loss, theft, or misuse of the Voucher/s. Do not disclose the Voucher/s data to anyone. Vouchers are freely transferable and not personal. Anyone presenting the Voucher will be accepted as the legitimate Voucher user. If you suspect that someone may have stolen the Voucher/s, please send an email to info@ilposto.net with the original Voucher receipt sent to you at the time of purchase. All communications regarding this matter will be made solely to the email address provided at the time of Voucher purchase.

28.   CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE

All requests related to Vouchers must be sent via email to the address info@ilposto.net. For any complaints related to Vouchers, please contact the customer support service using the above contact information, indicating and explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. Your complaint will be recorded, and an investigation will be conducted in accordance with our Internal Complaints Procedure. Once the investigation is complete, we will send you a final response to your complaint to your email address.

29.   LIABILITY LIMITATION

None of the organizations described in the GENERAL GUIDELINES at points a) and c), nor their employees or collaborators, will be liable for any:

  • Loss or damage that were not foreseeable at the time of purchasing the Voucher;
  • Loss or damage that were not caused as a consequence of a violation by the facility or other organizations described in the GENERAL GUIDELINES at points a) and c) (each acting individually);
  • Business losses and/or losses or damages suffered by third parties who are not consumers of the Voucher.

In any case, the liability of the organizations described in the GENERAL GUIDELINES at points a) and c) will be limited to the amount of the Voucher at the time of purchase. If you have used your Voucher, or allowed your Voucher to be used, fraudulently, in a manner not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, for illegal purposes, or if you have allowed your Voucher or the data contained therein to be compromised due to your negligence, you will be held responsible for the use and misuse of the Voucher. We will take all reasonable and necessary measures to recover any loss and/or damage, and there will be no maximum limit to your liability, subject to any applicable legislative or regulatory provisions imposing such a limit. Therefore, it is essential that you pay attention to the proper storage of your Voucher and its data and act responsibly; otherwise, you will be held responsible.

30.   PERSONAL DATA

All data acquired for the fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations and the new EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), which came into effect on 25/05/2018. We are authorized to collect certain information about the Voucher purchaser and users. Fydha'el srls is considered the "Data Controller" in the process of collecting personal information. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data entered, and we assume no responsibility in this regard. Your personal data will be processed by all organizations described in the GENERAL GUIDELINES at points a) and c) of this document for the purpose of managing the Vouchers and addressing any inquiries about them. To provide customer support and manage your account, we may use the assistance of data processors. Unless you have given your consent, your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes, nor will it be shared with third parties unrelated to the Voucher program. By placing an order, purchasing, or using the Voucher, the user agrees to all the conditions of this document.

31.   CHANGES TO THIS DOCUMENT

This Terms and Conditions document may be unilaterally modified by us at any time for legal, regulatory, security reasons, to enable proper delivery, or to improve Voucher delivery. If changes are made, they will be promptly made public online, usually two months before the changes take effect (unless the law requires otherwise). The modified and updated Terms and Conditions will be made available online at www.ilposto.net. Given the nature of Vouchers, in the case of a change to this document, it is often difficult or even impossible to contact each individual Voucher holder. Therefore, it is the responsibility of both the buyer and the Voucher user to regularly check the website www.ilposto.net for any changes to these Terms and Conditions. Consequently, we assume that you accept any changes to this document unless you inform us otherwise. Any requests in this regard will be treated on a case-by-case basis.

Dear Customer,

In compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016), we would like to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out with correctness and transparency, for lawful purposes, and safeguarding your confidentiality and rights. The processing is also carried out using computerized means for the following purposes:

1.      To acquire and confirm your reservation of accommodation and related services and to provide the requested services. Since these processes are necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except in cases where special, so-called sensitive data is provided. If you refuse to provide personal data, we may not be able to confirm the reservation or provide the requested services. The processing will cease upon your departure, but some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;

2.      To fulfill the obligation provided by the "Consolidated Law on Public Security" (article 109 Royal Decree 18.6.1931 no. 773), which requires us to communicate to the police, for public security purposes, the details of customers staying according to the methods established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree 7 January 2013). The provision of data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and in case of refusal to provide them, we cannot accommodate you in our structure. The data acquired for this purpose is not retained by us unless you give us consent to do so, as provided in the following point 4;

3.      To fulfill current administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. The data is processed by us and by our appointed representatives and is only communicated externally to fulfill legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the above obligations, we may not be able to provide the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes is retained by us for the time established by the respective regulations (5 years, and even longer in the case of tax assessments);

4.      To expedite the registration procedures in the event of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, subject to acquiring your revocable consent at any time, your data will be retained for a maximum period of 5 years and will be used when you are our guest again for the purposes mentioned in the preceding points.

5.      To perform the function of receiving messages and phone calls addressed to you during your stay. Your consent is required for this purpose. You may revoke your consent at any time. The processing will cease, in any case, upon your departure;

6.      To send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers. For this purpose, subject to acquiring your consent, your data will be retained for a maximum period of 5 years and will not be communicated to third parties. You may revoke your consent at any time.

We also want to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes you certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or cancellation or limitation or opposition to the processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and when applicable (articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016). You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, according to the procedures established by current regulations.
